So you have come to our website and have taken the nutritional assessment and now you have to select the meals. We have over 40+  diet meals on our website to choose from. We have a diverse range of cuisines from Italian Chicken to Chicken Satay to a Chilli con Carne. All of our food is made completely fresh to your order. Nothing is pre-made and all ingredients are locally sourced.

Your plan is made fresh by our team of chefs and all of your diet food is immediately delivered in chilled packaging to your front door every week or every fortnight. We are in clear communication about your delivery with all of our weekday deliveries being sent out before 12pm. You will receive a 1 hour time slot of your delivery.

It takes out all of the stress of healthy eating and calorie counting as we do it for you. You can sit at home and wait for your freshly made food to be delivered every week. You can also change your diet meals/plan on a weekly basis in your account area to give you variety each week.

This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack per day. You will receive a step by step guide on how to follow the plan and how it works. You can expect to lose a few pounds every week. We have customers who lose far more weight than this but on average we always aim for 2/3lbs per week. This is a healthy weight loss target. Remember, consistency is key when trying to lose weight. Don’t try to lose 20lbs in 5 days as you will not be able to be consistent. This is why low calorie shake diets do not work over the long term. You may see initial ‘weight loss’ but over a 4 -8 week period very rarely are there long lasting results.

How many diet meals should I order?

 

We have customers who order from anywhere between 10 – 40 meals per week and to save on the delivery cost many customers may order for a partner or may select the fortnightly delivery option.

If you would like to do this we recommend storing 5 meals in the fridge and the rest in the freezer as all of our meals are made completely fresh to your order.

To answer the question of how many diet meals should I order, it really depends on what will help you the most.

If you feel 2 meals a day for 7 days will help you stay on track, help you save time and really make a difference then this may be the best option.

Not all fat is the same in the human body, as there are two types of cells: alpha and beta. The former are easier to break down and burn off, with the face, arms and legs having more of these alpha fat cells, which is why you can lose fat in these areas quicker. Meanwhile, the thighs, hips and, yes, the belly, are loaded with beta fat cells that are difficult to shift. 

 

It’s not all about aesthetics either. While practically everyone dreams of having a flat stomach, it’s also much better for your health. That’s because carrying lots of fat around your belly — abdominal obesity, if it gets out of hand — can put you at risk from a range of diseases, including diabetes, heart disease and stroke. No amount of exercise on its own is going to deliver anything like the results you’re after. Too many people begin an exercise routine at the gym or home, and after a short while end up disappointed and throw in the towel, because the weight just will not come off — so what’s the point? 

 

What you put into your body is as important as what you’re doing to it, with cardio, weights and anything else, if not more so. You need a good nutrition plan and a solid workout. You can intersperse these workouts with small bouts of cardio (HIIT, if you like), on the treadmill, bike, rowing machine, or by swimming or anything else that gets your heart pumping and into the fat-burning zone.
