We have four different calorie plans ranging from 750 – 1750kcal. The plan best suited to you will depend on your gender, age, height, weight and activity level. You can see what plan is best suited to you by taking our Nutritional Assessment on our homepage and it will direct you to the most relevant plan for your personal profile.
So why not have a one plan fits all or one really low calorie plan?? Because to really help people the plans need to be tailored to the individual. For example if you have a 50 year old sedentary female and an active 25 year old male and they both want to lose weight they will both need a substantial different amount of food.
This is where our different diet food delivery plans come into play. On any weight loss plan you have to stay consistent for a period of time so having a plan that is actually achievable and that you can follow will help you lose weight for a longer period of time.
Our Diet Meals
So you have come to our website and have taken the nutritional assessment and now you have to select the meals. We have over 40+ diet meals on our website to choose from. We have a diverse range of cuisines from Italian Chicken to Chicken Satay to a Chilli con Carne. All of our food is made completely fresh to your order. Nothing is pre-made and all ingredients are locally sourced.
Your plan is made fresh by our team of chefs and all of your diet food is immediately delivered in chilled packaging to your front door every week or every fortnight. We are in clear communication about your delivery with all of our weekday deliveries being sent out before 12pm. You will receive a 1 hour time slot of your delivery.
It takes out all of the stress of healthy eating and calorie counting as we do it for you. You can sit at home and wait for your freshly made food to be delivered every week. You can also change your diet meals/plan on a weekly basis in your account area to give you variety each week.
This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack per day. You will receive a step by step guide on how to follow the plan and how it works. You can expect to lose a few pounds every week. We have customers who lose far more weight than this but on average we always aim for 2/3lbs per week. This is a healthy weight loss target. Remember, consistency is key when trying to lose weight. Don’t try to lose 20lbs in 5 days as you will not be able to be consistent. This is why low calorie shake diets do not work over the long term. You may see initial ‘weight loss’ but over a 4 -8 week period very rarely are there long lasting results.
